About this Drop-In

Are you looking to bring more peace and balance into your life? Our ongoing drop-ins can help. Each week, RIM offers formal teachings, guided mindfulness meditations, and opportunities for discussion and questions. These drop-ins are designed to help you develop and deepen a formal meditation practice that can bring health and healing to your body, heart, mind, and overall well-being.

Whether you are looking to reduce stress, improve your physical and mental health, or simply find a greater sense of inner peace, our class can provide the tools and support you need. We invite you to join us and discover the benefits of a regular meditation practice.

No prior experience is necessary to join us. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, everyone is welcome to participate. These drop-ins are held every Tuesday morning in-person or online (Zoom). There is no need to register in advance. Simply show up and join us in cultivating a sense of inner peace and clarity.
