Cultivating stability and awareness through daily meditation practice is a kind and generous act. When we practice together, we support each other and develop a greater sense of well-being.

Good Evening meditations are held Sunday through Thursday evenings. Each session will provide initial guidance by an experienced community member, sharing traditional instructions to help settle your body and mind, open your heart, and establish your meditation practice. The rest of the 30 min meditation is unguided. Listen to a Sample Meditation.

These sessions open 10 minutes early to establish our space together and are held in Noble Silence.
